Sharell Marlitz, FNP
Founder of SM Aesthetics & Wellness
Sharell Marlitz is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of SM Aesthetics and Wellness, proudly serving the Cypress, TX community since 2020. She earned her graduate degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB) in 2017 and has since committed her career to delivering high-quality, personalized care that blends modern medicine with a holistic, patient-first philosophy.
Known for her strategic, detail-oriented approach and unwavering commitment to patient safety, Sharell specializes in a broad range of aesthetic and wellness services. Her areas of expertise include lip augmentation with dermal fillers, Botox/Dysport, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration, medical weight loss, and hormone replacement therapy. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident, healthy, and empowered through tailored treatment plans that enhance one’s natural beauty and overall well-being.
As a lifelong learner and innovator, Sharell fosters a welcoming, results-driven culture at SM Aesthetics where each visit is personalized and purposeful. Outside of her practice, Sharell is a lover of life who enjoys snowboarding, hiking, running, caring for plants, and spending time outdoors. Most of all, she values quality time with her family, especially her five children and her husband of nearly 20 years, who is also her childhood best friend.

Melissa is the Office Manager at SM Aesthetics and Wellness, overseeing all of the behind-the-scenes operations that help the practice run smoothly and efficiently. With exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service, Melissa ensures that both the team and clients experience seamless, top-tier care from the moment they connect with SM Aesthetics.
Known for her reliability, warmth, and unwavering support, Melissa is the backbone of the clinic’s day-to-day success. Her ability to juggle scheduling, patient coordination, administrative duties, and operational management allows the team to focus fully on delivering outstanding care. Melissa’s quiet leadership, commitment to excellence, and passion for creating a welcoming environment make her an indispensable part of the SM Aesthetics family.
Sabrina Plaster
Founder of SM Aesthetics & Wellness
Sabrina is a Certified Medical Assistant at SM Aesthetics and Wellness, where her hardworking spirit and passion for patient care shine through in every interaction. She has completed her pre-requisites for nursing school and is committed to advancing her career, aspiring to become a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in skincare and facial aesthetics.
Known for her dedication, drive, and fierce work ethic, Sabrina brings both skill and compassion to the SM Aesthetics team. Her passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin inspires her daily work, and her commitment to excellence ensures that each patient receives attentive, high-quality care. Tianna DInh
Founder of SM Aesthetics & Wellness
Tianna Dinh is the warm and welcoming face of SM Aesthetics and Wellness, serving as the clinic's receptionist and patient liaison. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with minors in Health Professions and Chemistry and will be continuing her education at UTHealth Houston’s nursing program this upcoming spring. Driven by a deep passion for skincare and wellness, Tianna is dedicated to making every client who walks through SM Aesthetics’ doors feel seen and supported.
Full of life and high-spirited, Tianna radiates positivity and strives to make every interaction uplifting and memorable. Beyond her role at SM Aesthetics, Tianna finds fulfillment in her faith, family, and creativity. She also finds joy in pilates, travel, volunteering, fashion, and discovering new opportunities for growth.
